Customers can book an appointment via phone or by walk-in.


How to create an Appointment?

    

    Go to - Appointments - Click on Create an Appointment - 


Enter the customer name or phone number, select the service required, select the time and duration of the service and select the employee and click on create Appointment.



After Creating the Appointment, 



You can Re-Schedule the appointment if customer wants, by clicking on edit 



If customer wants to add more than one service you can add service by clicking on Add Service, if the appointment got cancelled you can delete the appointment by clicking on delete option.


When the customer arrived, you start the service and click on start option.


You can see the check in time and status, after the service done click on Finish and check out and create the invoice.
